This is one of two houses our family owns in Formentera. We rent out this house when we are not using it ourselves. The house is ideal for a family with kids or friends (up to 6 adult guests) spending vacation together. It is private. Juniper (sabina) and pine trees surround the house and isolate it from the neighbors (200 meters away). The house is in the traditional Balearic style and we have renovated it to provide modern comforts while retaining the cachet of the traditional homes of the island.
Es Cap is the best location during the summer as the island gets busy.
House layout
The house counts 120 m2 (1291 sq ft), distributed on 2 floors. The top floor connects to the house via the outside stairs providing for a little extra privacy.
